Treatment For All Your Pelvic Floor Needs!
Our Services
Free Consultation 30 Minutes
We like to start our patient relationships with an initial consultation where we get to know your needs and challenges. At this time we address any preliminary questions that you may have. Every pelvic floor issue should not be treated the same and every person should receive care that is specific to their situation. We want to make sure we are all on the same page before your initial evaluation.
Initial Evaluation 75 Minutes
The initial evaluation will be a time for our practitioners to understand your unique medical history and perform a physical exam. Our 1-on-1 evaluations ensure that we are thorough and attentive to your every need. We want to find out your strengths and determine where we have an opportunity to really make an impact in your recovery.
Treatment Session 60 Minutes
Our treatment sessions are the activation of the plan that we established through your consultation and evaluation. We utilize, breathing, core balance, craniosacral therapy, bladder & bowel retraining, exercise, taping techniques, and manual therapy among other treatments to ensure your success toward whole body restoration.

Do You Take My Insurance?
Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield Oregon
If you don’t see your insurance provider you may still utilize your out-of-network benefits by submitting a super-bill to your insurance company.
How Does a Superbill Work?
Essentially, you will pay cash upfront for your services and our practitioners will provide you with a super-bill that may be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please reach out to us and we can help you with this process.
Do I Have Other Options?
We accept cash, checks, or card payments.
We accept payments from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or your Health Savings Account (HSA). If you use either of these options, you will receive a receipt following your appointment. Be sure to keep this documentation in the event you are required to produce it to your FSA/HSA
If we are an out-of-network provider we can provide you with a superbill after each session or group of sessions that may be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement for all or a portion of services.
If you have a high-deductible your deductible will need to be met before you are eligible to receive reimbursement.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment is due either at the time of service or will be automatically charged to your card on file. I ask that active clients keep a credit card on file for incidentals, this includes late cancellation and no-show fees.
If you are unable to make a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so that I may offer another client the opportunity to use that time. If you are unable to make your scheduled time and have not provided me with 24 hours notice you may be charged 75% of your full session amount.
You can find my full scheduling, fees, and appointments policy in my Professional Disclosure Statement (PDS), available in my intake forms or via email upon request.
